Over the years\, she has taken on various roles within the organization. For the past couple of years\, Ruqia has coordinated the Women’s Business Accelerator program\, a business training initiative designed to support newcomer women in starting their entrepreneurial journey. She thoroughly enjoyed working with these aspiring entrepreneurs.
