He provides legal advice and guidance to clients in all aspects of business law\, with a particular focus on business organization and reorganization\, private share and asset acquisitions\, corporate governance and finance\, secured lending\, securities\, commercial contracts\, commercial real estate\, and not-for-profit organizations. Pavel also assists clients with wills as well as estate planning and administration. \nPavel graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010. Pavel started his career with a national law firm on Bay Street. He also practiced at the Ontario Securities Commission (Enforcement)\, where his was involved in the successful prosecution of a massive investment fund fraud\, as well as the preparation of legislative amendments to the Ontario Securities Act. Prior to obtaining his common law degree in Canada\, Pavel obtained his civil law degree and Masters in International Law in Belarus where he practiced business law for several years. He holds an undergraduate degree in Science (Nuclear Physics).
