DESCRIPTION:Cash flow challenges are one of the most common reasons otherwise successful businesses experience financial stress.\n\n\nThis practical session will help you understand the key drivers of cash flow\, identify potential risks before they become problems\, and implement simple tools and strategies to strengthen your cash position. \n\nWhy a profitable business can still run out of cash\, including the specific gaps between profit and cash flow\nHow to determine your true cash position\nYour cash conversion cycle: how many days it takes for each dollar you spend to return as a dollar collected\, and what every additional day is worth to your business\nHow to build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast in under one hour per week\nThe key cash-defence levers\, ranked by how quickly they work and what they cost\nHow much cash your business should hold\, and how to establish written trigger points so you can act before a cash issue becomes urgent\n\nA worksheet and cash flow forecasting tool will be shared with participants before the session.
