During this webinar series that runs over three consecutive weeks, entrepreneurs will learn the importance of developing a strong business plan and what one needs to do to craft their own. Focusing on the Business Model Canvas, you will learn how to think about your own small business from this lens and how to put those aspects into a plan you can share with potential partners, investors, lenders, clients, and more.
This series will focus on the practical act of writing a business plan and will build off each of the previous sessions. Registrants are expected to participate in all three sessions. The three sessions will run on each of the following dates and times in May 2024:
· Friday, May 10, 2024, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
· Friday, May 17, 2024, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
· Friday, May 24, 2024, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

· What is a business plan? Why should I have one?
· What is my value proposition? What makes it unique?
· What are key activities my small business must perform to deliver on my value proposition? What are key resources to do so?
· Do I have key relationships that are important to the success of my small business? Who should I consider when building this network of partners?
· Who is the customer my small business aims to serve? What should I know about them?
· What kind of relationship am I trying to build with my customers for my business to succeed? How do I do that?
· What kind of relationship am I trying to build with my customers for my business to succeed? How do I do that?
· What are the financial implications of my business that I should consider (costs, revenues, etc.)?
