Products and Services | Describe your products and/or services. |
Market Research | Industry factors and trends, the market climate, competitive analysis to define your competitor’s strengths/weaknesses, what they charge and how they promote. |
Customers | Customer segments, what you need to know about these groups, your target market, your ideal customer. |
Marketing Plan | Position – How do you want to be perceived relative to your competitors in the market? Promotion – How are you going to market your product and service? Pricing – What are you going to charge? |
