Barrk Bowls provides pet feeding solutions by repurposing barn board in a raised box form, that holds stainless steel food and water bowls. The bowls feature a personalized dog bone on the front to include your pet’s name. McKay Barr, a 17-year-old student at Collingwood Collegiate Institute, learned that by raising the bowls pets experience healthier feeding due to the angle of their neck which, improves digestion. A 10% profit from each sale goes to support the great work being done by the Georgian Triangle Humane Society. Find Barrk Bowls by visiting the Collingwood Farmers’ Market or on Kijiji by searching Barrk Bowls.

Next Level Promotions specializes in store demonstrations of local products. There are many benefits of in store demonstrations, the largest being increased awareness of the product to potential customers resulting in increased in store sales. It also helps customers become more knowledgeable about the product and locate the product in the store, which benefits both the consumer and the retailer. Next Level Promotions works with local products to boost brand awareness and support the existing relationship they have with their retailers. Next Level Promotions organizes the demonstrations, from set-up to execution. At the end of every demonstration a report is sent, highlighting the sales of the day, how many people sampled, feedback from the customers as well as photographs. Each demo is also supported on social media.

At Primitive Patterns, we believe our customer benefits greatly from taking part in any of our unique health experiences. Currently, we run an outdoor workout program in Collingwood as well as destination-based retreats in Nicaragua. When someone interacts with our brand, they feel reconnected to their mind, their physical body and nature. We have created this company because we believe people are suffering mentally, physically and losing touch with nature. We believe that if we can facilitate a re-connection with mind, body and nature we will help people become the most vibrant, loving and balanced person they can be which, will have a positive ripple effect on individuals and our world.
