Rooted to Rise: North Bay Area

April 21 @ 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
This half-day session offers mindset tools and community marketing strategies to root your business in clarity, connection, and confidence.

This half-day interactive workshop supports rural entrepreneurs with two key ingredients for sustainable business growth: mindset and community connection.

The first portion focuses on mindset and change management, offering tools that help business owners identify and shift unconscious patterns that may be holding them back.

Through guided exercises, reframing activities, and partner work, participants gain clarity, build confidence, and become more emotionally ready to lead change in their business.

The second portion explores relationship-based, community-rooted marketing—designed for business owners who want a more values-aligned and sustainable approach to visibility.

This session reframes what marketing “should” look like, while highlighting creative, real-world strategies that go beyond social media.

This session is ideal for entrepreneurs navigating growth, uncertainty, or transition who want practical tools and a supportive environment to move forward with clarity and confidence.
