Financials for Small Business is a practical 3-hour session designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and self-employed professionals who want to better understand their finances and make smarter business decisions.

Participants will learn how to read key financial statements, manage cash flow, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability through real-world examples and hands-on learning. They will leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and strategies to support the long-term success of their businesses.

This in-person workshop is facilitated by Don Bourne, Mentor from Georgian College’s Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre.
