During the training session Fair Isn’t Always Equal: How Workplace Inequity Creates Barriers for People Who have a Disability,you will gain knowledge of:

– Real-world stories to help you recognize unintended barriers people who have a disability experience in the workplace

– How equity-based approaches can lead to better outcomes in the workplace.

You will also have the opportunity to learn how the Ontario Corporate Training Centre project can support you in your disability inclusion journey.
