BCGW on the Road to CW Co-Work – Understanding Your Customer Persona

Customer Persona definition: Research-based profile representing a key segment of your ideal audience, detailing demographics, behaviors, goals, and pain points to guide marketing and product strategy, making abstract customer data feel like a real person to better connect with them.
Small business owners struggle with misaligned assumptions about who their customers are. This session will help bring stakeholders together to replace assumptions with clarity, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Taking place on Thursday Feb. 19th at 9am, this Customer Persona Session is a collaborative workshop designed to help teams build a shared, evidence-based understanding of their customers. Through guided discussion and hands-on exercises, participants will define or refine customer personas that clearly capture user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points. The outcome is a set of actionable personas that directly inform product decisions, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
