Celebrate Brampton’s first Commercial Kitchen—a certified shared space helping local food entrepreneurs launch and scale
The City of Brampton has officially opened its first-ever Commercial Kitchen. This public health certified shared culinary hub helps local food businesses grow from home stove to storefront, giving chefs, bakers, caterers and food entrepreneurs a place to launch, test and scale their business.
Located in the heart of downtown Brampton, this municipally supported kitchen helps remove start-up financial barriers and fuel local innovation one recipe at a time. Local food entrepreneurs can explore and grow their culinary career with established food training and day-to-day management from Grey Matlock Bakery
