Speaker Bio:
Susan Ng is a food professional with 25 years of culinary experience, passionate in food education and multiculturalism. She has worked in catering, recipe and product development, and authored a cookbook on Asian cuisines. Susan runs cooking programs for diverse communities, including newcomer kids, families, and seniors. Currently, as the Program Manager at Newcomer Kitchen, she empowers newcomer women through the innovative IRCC-funded “Willing To Work Food Entrepreneurship Training Program” to start their own food businesses. Susan’s passion for culinary excellence and inclusivity is highlighted through her commitment to empowering others through food and celebrating diversity.
