Andy Tyas

Andy Tyas is an experienced educator and long-time meditation practitioner who is passionate about helping people build confidence and experience emotional balance.

Andy began practicing and sharing guided meditation in 1997, leading hundreds of sessions for anyone who has the desire to participate.

His sessions help people experience peace, through a sense of self esteem and belief that they can tackle the challenges that lie before them. He believes meditation is a simple, accessible tool that helps anyone navigate their thoughts and emotions in a positive way.

Andy enjoys music, sports, and staying active. Whether he is coaching, teaching, or guiding a short meditation, his goal remains the same – to support, empower, and inspire people to continue reaching for their goals.
