In this high-energy session, you’ll discover how to shift your state, sharpen your focus, and fuel the drive that keeps enterpreneurs moving forward. You’ll learn the strategies that give entrepreneurs their edge — leavng the session with clarity, practical tools and inspiration to take your business to the next level.

Victoria Moskovskaya, RP, MBA, is a business owner, licensed therapist, and corporate leader whose journey has spanned business, psychology, and leadership across industries and countries. Having experienced the challenges of growth and transformation herself, she brings a unique perspective on what fuels resilience and success. Today, she speaks, teaches, and coaches individuals and groups, helping entrepreneurs and leaders master their mindset, elevate their performance and gain the edge to thrive in business and life.

Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) is a public library system serving communities in the City of Vaughan. VPL consists of twelve libraries and 1 express self-serve storefront that house a collection of more than 550,000 items and receives an average of 2.5 million visitors each year. Hosted by VBEC every October, Small Business Week is a nationally recognized celebration of the contributions small businesses make to the economy. This year’s Small Business Week will focus on empowering businesses to become more inclusive, sustainable and resourceful through providing content on a variety of programs, practical tools and strategies to embrace diversity and inclusion and understanding cultural competence.
