Vaughan Summer Company Kick Off Event
The Vaughan Economic Development department and Vaughan Business and Entrepreneurship Centre are inviting participants of the Vaughan Summer Company program, friends, family and local business people to celebrate the launch of the new student businesses that were successfully selected to participate in this year’s program.
This event will bring together new and existing business community members for a night of networking, idea sharing from Summer Company’s student entrepreneurs and complimentary food and beverages.
Summer Company is an annual City-led program, funded by the Province of Ontario, providing students with mentorship from Vaughan’s business community and access to business advisory services and skills development workshops. Participants also have the opportunity to receive up to $3,000 in provincial grant funding to start their businesses.
Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Venue: Niagara University, 2904 Highway 7, #113, North Campus, Vaughan, ON L4K 0K4
Direction:
- By TTC, from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station, walk 8 minutes East on Highway 7 past Jane, then head North on Maplecrete Rd, and the Main Entrance is on Maplecrete Road.
- By Driving, park at the west-end of the parking lot at 2800 Highway 7 (Between Niagara University and Venu Event Space) or 320 Maplecrete Rd Parking, and walk to the Main entrance on Maplecrete Road (follow the map below).
Parking Instruction: As indicated on the map provided, both outdoor paid parking and underground parking are available. Please refer to the map for specific locations and access points.
