Proud of and rooted in my Latin American heritage, I co-founded MOB Beauty and later
founded Estra, a women’s health brand focused on midlife and menopause. My
mission is to empower women and promote equity in health. Through my podcast, This Time of the Month, I champion evidence-based women’s wellness, fostering a community of empowerment for women in midlife and beyond.
