The South Georgian Bay Small Business Enterprise Centre is pleased to welcome a new cohort of Summer Company students ready to launch their businesses and dip into the world of entrepreneurship.
The six budding entrepreneurs are participants of Summer Company, Ontario’s flagship youth entrepreneurship program for students ages 15-29. The program offers hands-on business training, mentorship, and funding up to $3000. The South Georgian Bay Small Business Enterprise Centre is proud to introduce the six participants of the 2022 Summer Company program:
Ava Keating of Ava’s Swim School
Summer is here which calls for fun in the pool, beach or cottage. Are your kids swimming at the right level for their age? Are you having trouble finding lessons? Would you prefer a private swim instruction experience? Look no further. Ava’s Swim School offers private swim instruction at their pool for kids ages 2-12 in addition to lifeguarding services for private events and pools. Limited availability – inquire soon.
Liam Galvin of ThinkCoding
ThinkCoding is a virtual programming school for ages 7+. Coding is a fantastic way to express yourself but it can seem like a daunting skill to learn. ThinkCoding wants nothing else but to give your kids the easiest way to pick up this amazing hobby! Their programs are week-long digital classes and each session allows for plenty of instructional time as well as coding practice.

Nathan Bedard of Nathan Bedard Photography
Nathan Bedard Photography offers a variety of portrait and landscape captures as well as drone photography. Services include family photoshoots, shingle/roof reports via drone, branding sessions, and collaborating for special events with the community.
