JSR Collectibles offers high quality, professionally graded sports cards selected and vetted for your enjoyment. Sold through Kijiji, JSR looks to find passionate collectors on the hunt for one-of-a-kind gems.

What is your favourite part about being an entrepreneur?

I love being able to choose my own hours. It gives me the freedom to work the way that is best for me.

What inspired you to start your business?

I have always collected basketball cards as a hobby and with Covid-19 and the hobby becoming more popular, I felt I could make a business out of it.

What services or products do you offer?

I sell high graded basketball cards through eBay and Kijiji accounts

Who do you look up to for ideas and inspiration?

Most YouTube accounts. I follow a guy who does this professionally with multi thousand dollar deals. It’s pretty inspiring!

How did you come up with the name for your business?

I named my business with the three initials of my name and added collectibles in case I wanted to branch out in the future with more collectable items.

What is unique about your business?

I am selling collector items to a small percent of the population which means one of a kind purchases and exclusivity.

What are your favourite local spots to visit on a day off?

Blue Mountain – for the trails, mini golf, skiing/boarding and all the fun.
